About Me

April R. Carrasquero, M.Ed, LPC, NCC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Hi! I am so glad you are here—taking the very first step! I am a mom of three, a wife, a daughter, a sister, and a friend. These roles help me understand the demands and expectations that society has placed on us, as well as the pressures we often put on ourselves. My experience includes working with individuals of all ages within a family unit, supporting them through different challenges at various stages of life.

My Approach

A personalized approach to healing and meaningful change

As dedicated and compassionate therapists, we believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, work through challenges, and foster meaningful change. Our approach is rooted in evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy. We tailor my methods to fit each individual’s needs, recognizing that everyone’s journey is unique.

Our ultimate goal is to empower individuals to gain insight, build resilience, and develop the tools they need to thrive both personally and professionally. Whether you’re facing specific challenges or seeking personal growth, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
